Massage

Our licensed massage therapists have years of experience and training in various modalities including pregnancy, hot stone, deep tissue, neuromuscular, low back pain, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, and tendonitis.

Relaxation Massage

This technique uses specific strokes and varying pressures to release tension in the muscle and tissues. It includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, and is generally a light pressure massage. This form of therapy will promote general relaxation, improve blood circulation, improve range of motion, and provide relief from muscle tension.  This service includes hot steam towels on the feet.

Best for:

  • First-time massage clients

  • Those seeking stress relief, improved circulation, or light-to-medium pressure

  • Clients who prefer a relaxing, full-body experience

Not ideal for:

  • Clients with chronic pain or deep muscle tension

  • Athletes or those needing targeted therapeutic work

Restorative Massage

A healing massage designed to relieve pain and tension with medium pressure techniques. This treatment promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and supports overall wellness, helping to restore balance to the body.  This service includes hot steam towels on the feet.

Best for:

  • Clients with specific areas of pain or dysfunction

  • Those needing a blend of relaxation and focused muscle work

  • People recovering from injury or managing ongoing conditions

Not ideal for:

  • Clients wanting only gentle or purely relaxing sessions

  • First-timers uncomfortable with occasional deeper or targeted pressure

Hot Stone Massage

Melt away stress with the soothing warmth of smooth, heated stones. This deeply calming treatment uses heat to gently loosen muscles, increase circulation, and promote full-body relaxation. The gentle pressure combined with the warmth of the stones makes it a perfect option for those looking to unwind without intense bodywork. Includes warm steam towels on the feet for added comfort.

Best for:

  • First-time massage clients

  • People with stress, anxiety, or trouble relaxing

  • Clients sensitive to deep pressure

  • Those who run cold or have mild muscle stiffness

Not ideal for:

  • Clients with inflamed areas, neuropathy, or heat sensitivity

  • Those seeking very deep or corrective work

Pregnancy Massage

A light, relaxing massage for the mother-to-be.  Helps relieve swelling and eases the discomforts of pregnancy, with a doctor's note of approval.  (Doctor's note required during the first trimester). This service includes hot steam towels on the feet.

Deep Tissue Massage

Muscles that are stressed will block oxygen and nutrients, leading to inflammation that will build up and store toxins in the muscle tissue. Deep Tissue Massage will get to the core of the problem by working intensely on the muscles and connective tissue to free toxins and restore circulation of blood and oxygen. Generally, deep tissue massage will use slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, whether following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons, and fascia. Remember, with the release of toxins it is important to properly hydrate the body to flush out and eliminate those toxins.  This service includes hot steam towels on the feet.

Best for:

  • Active clients or athletes

  • People with chronic tension, knots, or limited range of motion

  • Clients comfortable with firm pressure and intensity

Not ideal for:

  • First-time clients or those new to massage

  • Clients sensitive to touch or seeking relaxation over intensity

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a performance-focused treatment tailored for active bodies. Rather than full-body relaxation, this service hones in on problem areas caused by repetitive movement, intense training, or overuse. Your therapist will use a range of techniques like trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, and assisted stretching to support recovery, boost mobility, and help you stay injury-free.

Best for:

  • Athletes and active lifestyles

  • Pre- or post-workout recover

  • Clients with mobility limitations or chronic tension from physical activity

Not ideal for:

  • Those looking for a gentle, relaxing experience

  • First-time massage clients sensitive to deeper pressure or targeted work
